New associate orientation is provided to ensure that you have the information and resources needed for a successful transition into your new position, MedStar Health and MedStar Montgomery. During orientation, you will have an opportunity to meet new co-workers and develop relationships as you begin your employment.

Monday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:10 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Where is orientation?
For the first day of orientation, please report to the HR department located on the second floor.
What should I wear?
It is a requirement to dress in business attire during orientation. MedStar Montgomery associates are expected to present a professional appearance in accordance with our dress code and uniform policy. At orientation, you will be provided with further information regarding our dress code and uniform policy.

- A light continental breakfast on Monday and Tuesday

Where should I park?
It is preferred that you park in the parking garage. At orientation, you will receive your parking tag for your car and be provided with further information regarding our associate parking policy.
Do I need an ID badge?
You will receive your ID badge at orientation. All associates are required to wear their ID badge while at work.
What to do in case of inclement weather?
During inclement weather, associates should call 301-774-8666 to confirm if there are any changes to scheduled orientation. The recorded message will be updated on Monday morning no later than 7:00 a.m.
