Helpful Hints for Submitting Your Application

  • Submit your supporting documents in one of the following formats: .DOC, .DOCX, PDF or JPEG. Any documents submitted NOT in one of these formats, will NOT be considered. Notification to the applicant is not required.
  • DO NOT duplicate supporting documentation submission. For example: If you attach your document to the online form, DO NOT email or mail that same document to us.
  • Be prepared to submit your application when you begin it. There is not a way to save your application and come back to finish it later. Do not complete parts of the application and submit it hours later, your work may be lost and an error message may appear.
  • Complete it in a Word Document and copy and paste into the application. Our system does updates throughout the day and evening and your application may reset. We recommend that you complete the personal statements and any other lengthy responses in a Word Document and save it to your computer.
  • No documentation will be accepted after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. To ensure all of your documents are submitted on time, request your documents well in advance.
