Latest Edition - Spring 2017

In the latest issue of Focused on You, Steve Craver, a self-proclaimed golf fanatic, had nagging hip pain that began to put a damper on his game and on his rounds as a postal worker. His doctor referred him to J. Ryan Macdonell, MD, an orthopaedic surgeon and expert in hip and knee replacement. Steve is now pain-free and back on the golf course thanks to a muscle-sparing hip replacement approach that allows for a faster recovery. Read his story here.

An ultrasound confirmed Dr. Jayaraj’s suspicions, and she scheduled Salmana for a hysterectomy to remove the fibroids. After a minimally invasive procedure and a speedy recovery, Salmana Shaw is back to work and her daily life. Read the full story.
